Eligible completed orders can be submitted for return or refund review from the customer's order history.

How it works

Open the completed order, select a reason, provide details and evidence when useful, then submit the request. The store reviews the request and records the decision in the order timeline.

Refunds

Approved refunds are limited to the eligible amount recorded against the order payment and are reflected in the order's payment status.
